Ironically, even in an age of unparalleled access to safe, clean water, many Australians don’t get enough of this life-giving elixir – experts estimate that as much as half of the adult population experiences mild dehydration on a regular basis.
In a recent Aussie survey conducted by Wonderful Pistachios, it was found that the average office worker spends approximately $984 on office snacks per year, and 39 per cent keep a ‘snack stash’ in their office drawer. Surprisingly, the most available work snack was revealed as biscuits (73%), but the most likely work snack eaten by surveyed office workers was fruit (54%).
In just a few days, we’ll be celebrating Mother’s Day. And goodness haven’t times changed in just a few decades. Today’s modern woman makes up almost half the workforce, with many achieving the highest leadership positions. Women are expected to work harder and smarter than ever before, and in many cases nowadays, juggle raising a family and caring for ageing parents and ailing family members.
